We truly enjoyed our stay. The property is walkable to the pool area and water slides for the kids to enjoy. For our park days, we were only 15 minutes from both Disney and Universal. Not far from good restaurants, or you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms are large and very clean. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening with all the duck visitors. Carla was helpful and responsive. Check-in and check-out were easy. We hope to be able to visit again in the future.

Absolutely amazing villa! If you’re thinking of booking—just do it. You won’t be disappointed.
We’ve just returned from two fantastic weeks in Orlando—our fourth visit, but our first time staying off-property. What a difference! Just a short drive to Disney and Universal, yet peaceful and relaxing at the end of a busy day.
The villa is huge, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything you need. Our kids loved the themed bedrooms, and the cinema room was a great bonus. The outdoor area, pool, and hot tub were perfect, and the new clubhouse and pool area were excellent for chill days.
Carla, our host, was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout.
We’ve done Orlando before—but this time set a new standard. This villa isn’t just somewhere to stay—it’s part of the magic.

Carla's place was just what we needed for our big group . I appreciated all the extras for those a traveling with infants such as the high chair . Rooms were very spacious and clean ! Will definitely recommend this for a big family with kids .

If you're looking for a home away from home this location is it! We loved everything about our stay from the location, to the apartment decor and spaciousness to the waterpark to the awesome host! Carla was very accommodating, allowed us early entry to the apartment, which we are eternally grateful for, coming in a day before checking in, we checked out of our hotel and we were left with no place to be for hours. I reached out to Carla and she made it happen for us. Access to the apartment was simple, secure and satisfying, especially when we opened the doors to the apartment that felt like home. Every aspect of this highly recommendable apartment was perfect for our stay. The large rooms, the 2 Master bedrooms, the children's room decorated with a Disney flair, the spacious bathrooms, the comfortable living room, open kitchen, high ceilings, washer and dryer, the outdoor balconies..I could go on forever. This place needs to be on your next visit to Orlando list!!!

Upon arrival, check in was extremely easy. Carla gave clear instructions and access to the nearby grounds. The house was absolutely beautiful. Me and my children enjoyed the house and would love to book again.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit huis en kunnen het iedereen van harte aanbevelen. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd: het huis was kraaknet, sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden sliepen erg goed, de keuken was compleet uitgerust en ook de buitenruimte was een groot pluspunt – perfect om te ontspannen na een dag vol activiteiten.
De communicatie met de eigenaar/verhuurder verliep soepel en vriendelijk. We voelden ons direct welkom. Ook de ligging van het huis was ideaal: rustig, maar toch dichtbij winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden.

It was very easy to get to the local amusement parks. We enjoyed our overall stay, especially the clubhouse. It was relaxing and an added bonus to our trip. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the lazy river. We enjoyed sitting outside on the screened patio, also watching local wildlife and sunsets.

This place felt very comfortable from the moment my family in I stepped inside. The beds were nice and all the rooms were of good size. Having several bathrooms made things really easy when it comes to preparing for the day. definitely a good find and i will book again if I’m in the area for vacation.

Una experiencia perfecta en Bradenton
Nuestra estancia en casa de Carla fue maravillosa de principio a fin. La propiedad estaba impecablemente limpia, bien equipada y decorada con mucho gusto, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo y en una zona muy tranquila.
Carla fue una anfitriona excepcional: atenta, amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier duda o recomendación. Se nota que cuida cada detalle y realmente se preocupa por que sus huéspedes tengan una gran experiencia.
